The Service

LocalIntelligence provides AI-powered virtual employees ("agents") for small businesses. Your agent communicates with you through messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, email) and performs tasks including research, writing, customer communication, and administrative work.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a free first task. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Use the service to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messages.
Use the service for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service or its AI models.
Impersonate another person or business.
Use the service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Your AI Agent

Your AI agent is a tool, not a human employee. While we strive for high quality:

Agent outputs should be reviewed before being sent to your customers.
We are not responsible for actions taken based on agent recommendations.
Agent capabilities vary and may change as AI models are updated.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual Property

Content generated by your AI agent for your business belongs to you. The underlying AI models, platform, and technology belong to LocalIntelligence and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalIntelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Porto, Portugal.
