LocalIntelligence ("we", "our", "the service") provides AI-powered virtual employees for small businesses. Our service allows you to interact with an AI agent through messaging platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, and email.

What We Collect

When you sign up for LocalIntelligence, we collect:

Business name and website URL — used to brief your AI agent on your business context.
Email address — used to send your agent's introduction and for account communication.
Preferred messaging channels — to know where to reach you (Telegram, WhatsApp, email).
Agent name preference — the name you choose for your AI agent.
Chat messages — conversations between you and your AI agent, used to maintain context and improve service quality.

How We Use Your Information

To create and operate your AI agent, including briefing it on your business.
To send you messages through your chosen channels.
To improve our service quality and agent capabilities.
To communicate with you about your account and the service.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your business data to train models for other customers.
We do not access your accounts on other platforms without your explicit setup.
We do not share your conversations with other customers.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

OpenRouter — AI model inference. Your messages are processed by language models through their API.
Google Gmail API — sending email on your behalf (with your authorization).
Telegram Bot API — delivering messages through Telegram.
Meta/WhatsApp Business API — delivering messages through WhatsApp (when enabled).

Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) for all communications. Access to customer data is limited to systems and personnel that require it for service operation.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of your data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent for data processing (this will end service).

GDPR Compliance

We operate within the European Union and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. Our data processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of our service contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
